The source-of-truth crypto-find pipeline. STATELESS at the DLL level - scannerInit reads (or scaffolds) the SDK config at %APPDATA%/korthex/sdk/scanner.config.json (or $KORTHEX_SCANNER_CONFIG_PATH ) and calls InitializeSDK once per session.
